He saw us parking and without hesitation waited for us to get out of our vehicle, asked us which terminal we are going to and offered to give us a ride to the walkway. He even advised us to take a picture of where we are exactly parked (thank God, coz walking back to our car, i would definitely be lost!)Helped us with our luggages and then gave us clear instructions which way to go and sincerely wished us a safe and blessed flight. Thanks Mr. Ron!!

We didn’t know how we were going to get it to fit in the car. Mr. Peterson came up and provided us with the help we needed. He was able to take a look at the space available and all the luggage and made arrangements to organize the luggage in my car and make room for two adults, two teenagers and one small dog plus his carrying case. I must say he went up and above his job duties to help me and my family. I want to thank him and let him know that I do appreciate all of his assistance. Happy New Year
