PARKING AT IAH IS AWFUL! I have been stuck for the terminal C parking for over 20 minutes. I made a reservation and when I entered the kiosks were not working. I was told to take a ticket and when I left to scan the ticket and then my reservation. Of course it didn’t work. I showed the agent my ticket, my reservation and my reservation receipt. They still wouldn’t let me out. They had to call a manager and they still won’t let me out. I fly and park almost every week and this is unacceptable. I have work meetings to get to. It isn’t my problem that their systems don’t work.

I have had the worst year. There was only one parking space left on level 5 terminal E, D, C parking and I was already just five minutes until my interview at Global Entry. I realized why the only parking space left in the whole garage was empty. It had a big cement pole blocking a part of it and it was tight. I was about to give up when RON CORESH rolled up in his golf cart, got down, and with such patience helped me to park my compact SUV into the space so I wouldn’t have to start over finding parking in another garage. He even rolled me up to the elevators and gave me exact directions to the global entry office. He yelled God Bless you and when I got back, he even wrote a note on my car telling me to Have a Happy Thanksgiving. Little did he know what I was going through this Thanksgiving. It made my whole day. The Global Entry office was amazing and fast too. HUMANITY & KINDNESS & DOING A JOB WELL DONE. I’ll forever be grateful and will always park in IAH Terminal C now! Thank you Ron (or Ken/kon for your courtesy services). Best employee award!!!

Airport is under full renovation since 3/4 month time. Because of this traveller are getting extra pain to access their departure gates. Direct access is restricted and many diversions are placed!
Please have some extra time in hand prior departure of flight. Expected to have more shopping and more eating places but still to come up. Check in area is always much crowded as the long haul flights counters are placed next to each other.

I accidentally pulled into this parking structure.
I pulled in and spoke to a representative using the kiosk's help button. The representative told me to get a ticket and the gate manager would let me out.
However, the gate manager refused to assist me, insisted that I had to pay to get out of the structure, took photos of me and my vehicle with his cellphone, and mocked me openly while I tried to get help from the kiosk representatives who told me I would be let out.
I was told I would be let out before I entered the structure, I never parked in the structure, and the staff present only exasperated the situation.

Didn’t go inside. I went to pick someone up. Her flight was supposed to go to Terminal D, but there wasn’t an arrival section for Terminal D. We had to drive around and go to Terminal C. Then a week later, I had to pick up someone and the app said Terminal A. I went to Terminal A and my daughter called me to tell me that she was at Terminal E. That airport is a mad house. I hate every time I have to go there and I have to go there a lot.
