100/10 recommend ecopark love the shuttle experience and I felt like third around time was seamless. Could use a litter more direction as opposed to to what terminals the shuttles pick up where but overall pleased with the experience. Thank you Franklin for outstanding customer experience and engaging support, stay safe and happy holidays! 🥳💖

Waited for the bus at the loading zone outside the airport for over 20 min with my 6 yr old daughter. Decided to go ahead and call the number on the ticket since it mentions that the buses operate in 10 min intervals. First person that picked up transferred me over to someone who was very rude and and blunt over the phone. She just kept loudly repeating “THERES A BUS IN ROUTE” every time I tried to speak and then just hung up. Ended up waiting another 10 min before the bus came. Bus drivers and staff assisting to park were at least nice and helpful with bags.

After pulling into covered parking and actually following the parking signs to park. People came and parked at the front and a gentlemen driver came and picked them up on 7 or 8 and never even drove to parking row 2 where the signs were and where I was. I walked up to the row of waiting busses and Celicia was awesome. She got me back to my car and bags and to terminal A. Do not lose good employees like Celicia Kudos to her.

Franklin was my Ecopark driver, she was super nice made us laugh. Unfortunately there was an issue where the gate wouldn’t let us out the parking lot. She went above and beyond to solve the issue. The dispatch was however unprofessional and did not help her much. I felt like they were inconsiderate when we were a bus FULL of people trying to get to the airport for our flight. Franklin stayed professional throughout. Thanks

I had the worst possible experience being picked up at the airport late Monday night/early Tuesday morning. It was sometime between 12:30 AM and 12:45 AM. The driver seemed to be very confused through throughout most of the trip once we got back to the parking lot. She me entered around the parking lot in no particular order. She would start driving and turn down a random aisle that no one apparently had a car on and then she would just stop and look at the tickets. She would flip through them and then set some to the side for some reason. One of them she set to the side apparently was mine which I’ll get too shortly. But it’s like she couldn’t remember what she just read because she would look at a specific ticket and then drive a little bit more only for roughly 30 or 45 seconds and then she would stop and just sit there and stare at the same ticket again. One guy she kept hollering the number 15 – something. I could see out the window that we were on aisle 11 – something. The guy got up and walked off the bus and as he was doing that She hollered 11 –. He kind of stopped and said oh I thought you said 15 – and she said yes that’s right it’s 15 – but we were on aisle 11. He looked around and realized her mistake and got to get back on the bus and then we dropped him off. I was the last person on the bus. I don’t mind being last, but she finally pulled up to some other spot. Nothing to do with mine and it wasn’t even close to where I was parked. She hollered the number. I was near the front so I didn’t realize I was the last person and she’s just staring at me hollering this number and I said “that’s not my number” I actually felt sorry for her because she really came across as though she was discombobulated. Like she was confused and didn’t know where she was. And she couldn’t remember the ticket numbers so she had to keep looking at them over and over again stopping to do so. I’m not kidding when I say that she was apparently lost throughout most of the 30 minutes we spent in the parking lot or close to 30 minutes just dropping us off. I didn’t catch your name, but she has a leopard design backpack and was driving van that had 422 on the back. I want to say that she said her name was Kennisha or something like that, but that was at the start of the trip.
