  I had an excellent experience working with Christopher Lewis when purchasing my car. From start to finish, he provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process smooth, stress free, and enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of me and mg husband’s questions thoroughly. Christopher made sure I felt confident every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to help me find the right car. His honesty, attention to detail, and dedication to providing great service really stood out. If you are looking to buy a car and want someone who is trustworthy, helpful, and genuinely cares about your experience, I highly recommend Christopher Lewis.   This Volvo dealership has the potential to be great, but my biggest issue was with the salesperson, Simon Saba. In my experience, he was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling and did not provide important details or helpful information during the process. Because of that, I would strongly recommend doing your own research before purchasing. Beyond that, my main concern was his communication style and professionalism. He was pleasant at first, but later came across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in providing a good customer experience. Respectful communication is a basic expectation in any sales role, and unfortunately that was lacking here. On a more positive note, the manager, Darian, was much nicer, more level headed, and more professional. That made a noticeable difference. This dealership could offer a much better experience overall with stronger customer-facing staff.

He was on point from the moment I walked in knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to making sure I understood exactly what part I needed and why. Kenny broke everything down clearly, answered every question without hesitation, and made the whole process feel effortless.

  I had a great experience at Grubbs Volvo while getting my car serviced. Chris helped me throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He gave me several recommendations for my car, and I’m really glad I decided to follow his advice. Everything was handled smoothly, and I’m very happy with the results.   Traveling to Houston for an appointment when our Volvo suddenly displayed an airbag warning instructing us to stop at the nearest Volvo dealer. On our way back home, we called Grubbs Volvo Houston and explained the situation. Even though their service schedule was completely full, they welcomed us to stop in and said they would take a look. Brandon and Mitch made sure our vehicle was checked right away, the warning was cleared, and everything was confirmed to be functioning properly. Their willingness to help us on short notice gave us real peace of mind and allowed us to make the drive home safely knowing our airbags were working correctly. Excellent customer service and professionalism from the team at Grubbs Volvo Houston. Thank you, Brandon and Mitch, for helping us when we needed it most.
