Initially, I was told this would not be an issue, with the understanding that vehicles are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. From that point forward, I received repeated outreach—primarily via automated text messages—despite clearly communicating that I needed time to complete my due diligence. That request was acknowledged but repeatedly ignored. At no point did I feel heard or treated like an actual customer; the interaction felt impersonal and transactional. I would not have written this review at all had the dealership not continued to ask the same questions while disregarding my responses. The ongoing disconnect made it clear that communication was not being managed effectively. It is unreasonable to expect a buyer to spend hundreds of dollars on inspections and due diligence only to risk losing the vehicle at the final stage. Based on my experience, this appeared less like a coordinated sales process and more like pressure designed to force a rushed decision. The experience ultimately concluded when I again explained what I needed in order to proceed, only to be told the vehicle had already been sold. This lack of coordination and communication reflects a poor customer experience overall. Disappointing and unprofessional.

I reached out to Simon for an appointment and by the time I arrived he had the car I was interested in outside waiting for me to view and test drive. It was overall a wonderful experience! I felt informed and comfortable the entire time! This is my second Volvo and I know that this will certainly be the dealership we continue to use in the future.
