Somewhere your quality has gone down since I first started with club carwash. Since 2/25 I have been complaining about the poor quality your carwash does on my car. Your staff who are friendly & helpfull told me it was due to an issue with the tire protectant that was causing this issue & to wait so the tire protectant could be fixed & then to let the protectant work its way out of the brushes used to was the car. This would a month or two. I was told about this issue approx. in April. So I kept paying for my car washes via my CC. I asked the person I had been speaking to to spreak to the manager. The young kid said he was the manager. I then daid I wanted a refund of my money or a break on the price of the washes. Right away he now said that he was not the manager & the manager would be in next week. This when June or so. I gave him my phone number for the manager to call me. Never called. Fast forward to Sept. my car is still not getting wash right on my drivers side 1/2 of the car. The guy there took a picture of my drivers side before the car wash & then looked at the car after the carwash & guess what, all that dirt was still there!! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THIS FIXED??? Signed- Mr. Frustrated & Angry! The guys there know my car it is a 2011 White Honda Pilot.
