    Josiah is always there and present each time we come by. You can tell he takes pride in taking care of one’s vehicle and you’re always met with a smile and wave upon arrival.

    Yesterday, I had a very disappointing experience at this car wash. I usually wash my car myself and rarely use car washes, but because of the busy holiday season, I decided to come here to save time. My windshield wipers were damaged because they were set to automatic mode due to the rain. The warning sign was very easy to miss, placed among many other buttons, and during the first moments it was completely blocked by an employee, so I never saw it. What upset me the most was the response afterward. The employees didn’t even apologize, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available. All I wanted was to talk to someone and suggest better warnings so this doesn’t happen to other customers. Thankfully, my windshield was not broken, but losing my wipers was stressful. On top of that, the car was not washed properly — I had to rewash the back of my car at home. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I left deeply disappointed.

    Christmas Eve visit and the Employees were so nice. Definitely 10 out of 10 service!!! I almost didnt stop because there best wash is the highest one on Hewitt dr. But I remembered their wash and amenities are the best as well. Glad I didnt try to go for the cheapest. Great service and great wash!!

    Just left here 10 minutes ago. My first time using this car wash and now I have what looks like scratches on parts of my door frames- all of them. Like how???? I have never had this experience before at any car wash. God I hope they come out. What do yall do about these things?? Our cars are being ruined. This is crazy.
