  Just left here 10 minutes ago. My first time using this car wash and now I have what looks like scratches on parts of my door frames- all of them. Like how???? I have never had this experience before at any car wash. God I hope they come out. What do yall do about these things?? Our cars are being ruined. This is crazy.

  For some reason, this location leaves soap all over the interior joints & consistently fails to remove bugs from the road. I will say the location on Valley Mills does an excellent job consistently. Worth the drive if you live in Woodway/ Hewitt area.

  First off, only teenagers work at this establishment. They are trained to say what you want to hear. They are all very nice which is the only thing I can say nice about this car wash. Furthermore my new 2025 Toyota Tundra was damaged from this car wash.(Scratches) 2 different mangers agreed that the car wash caused the damage. A claim was done… I received an email claiming my claim was denied due to my running boards being out. I knew that they were out and asked the prep guy to spray them off, which he did. I then put them in. Upon entering the car wash I heard a loud noise and the car wash shut down. I let my window down and hollered for the prep guy. He “stated that the wheel cleaner hit my tire.” I asked him if my running boards had gone in, which he stated “ yes.” The claim agent was rude and a smart ass. Said they were not responsible for my vehicle… due to my running boards being out. I asked to see the video to see if they were out or not. I have not heard back from the agent. I have over $7,000 dollars in damage. If you own a truck, I would avoid this car wash at all cost!

  Maybe it’s my fault for believing the internet when it said brushless car washes are safe for paint finishes but that’s kind of the point of brushless, right? Facts: - This is a brand new 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off-road. - My truck has only ever been washed at Club Car Wash. - I washed it 4 times at Club Car Wash. The result? Swirl marks all over my paint finish (see images). Now I’ll have to pay an auto detailer for paint correction, which is not cheap. Of course, Club Car Wash is “not responsible for damage”. I’ll be cancelling my membership forthwith. If you don’t care about swirl marks on your paint finish, or don’t know what that means, this is a decent car wash, but it’s really no different than a brush car wash.

  Absolutely loved the quick yet efficient service. The woman working the booth really cared about my complaint. And did everything she could to make sure I got the car wash I needed.
