I was getting my vehicle serviced and I receive a phone call while waiting on my vehicle. The salesman was trying to persuade me into trading in my vehicle for a newer one. I really love my vehicle. I don't want to trade it in. I couldn't make him understand that and the call ended up awkward. I understand that they need to make deals...it's part of the job..but there was just a level of rudeness that was uncalled for.

Was in town for birding festival. Accidentally went over a curb Friday night. AC Was making a horrible noise. Took the car to dealer and was met by Carlos Del Angel. Took the car around the block to listen to the noise. He jumped right on it and took the glove box out and ac filter and pulled some leaves and foam out. Put it all back. Took it around the block again. All was quiet. Yeh! Carlos lived up to his name..Angel. Thanks Carlos. Merry Christmas!

We bought 2 cars from this specific dealership. Of course everyone is nice and all smiles when you’re buying. Unfortunately, we had to trade in these 2 vehicles because we needed bigger vehicles for our growing family. When I filed for cancellation for the gap on each vehicle, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and wouldn’t even look at me. On both separate occasions. I just assumed she was having a bad day or just didn’t like working there. I still gave her the benefit of the doubt and was polite and patient with her. When I called a month later to ask about the status of our submission, mind you she told me to in order to make sure it was submitted correctly but of course she forgot that part. She sounded annoyed by my call for some reason. (I guess she was having another bad day). She told me there was no information of me filing anything. After I assured her I had indeed and she was the one that filed it she suddenly found it and told me it takes a couple months to process and call back then. Ok, no problem. 5 months later. I called and of course she was just as rude and all she did was pass along my call and of course no one answered. I called again, got the run around. Of course I’m upset by this time. I got passed to someone in finance, David. He must’ve been so busy cuz he was so quick to get me off the phone that he told me that he couldn’t find any information about my cancellation and could not provide me with any answers. To call back in 2 hours and speak to the woman at the front desk. Pfft. Great. Yeah like she’s going to be helpful. Cuz she’s been such a delight this whole time. I didn’t accept that answer because I felt like I was blown off so I called back. Then Victor answered. Victor was empathetic and understood my situation and why I was upset. He found all my information about the cancellation and told me he would try to find some answers about what was going on and would reach out to me in 10 minutes. Did he call or text back? No. Of course not. Why would he? I’m not buying anything. No call or text all day and still nothing this morning. No surprise. The staff seems to be all the same. Unprofessional and only care about taking your money. Thank you for all the smoke you blew my way Victor. Now we know to never come back to this specific dealership.
