We went to gillman Honda in San Benito and nobody made an effort to get us to our desired monthly payment all they kept saying was just put more money down but still with a high payment. So we went to Toyota and Alexis came out and helped us choose a car, we went in at 8pm and walked out at 9pm with car that we wanted with payment that we wanted with zero hassle. Alexis for sure didn’t waste no time he got us in and out satisfying us with a car/payment we love.

The transaction was very smooth and I am very happy with my new Vehicle. The salesman was Frank Gutierrez who helped me with, and answered all my questions about the technicalities of the Premium Trim level. I have called him and returned to the dealer for additional technical help several times and he was there for me every time with the answers I needed. If you need help ask for him. - MBMr BNov 5, 20251.0The dealer and I had an agreement on the phone for a used car. They knew that I'm coming from very far away (Mission). They told me to come tonight. I had my insurance and financing ready to go When we arrived, I was informed that they sold the car earlier. They tried to sell me a new car with only a 500 dollar discount. In my opinion, this is very scummy business practice. I dont mind that they sold the car. I should've been informed. Reading other people's reviews, it seems to happen a lot here. At best, this is very unprofessional, at worst, this is dishonest business . Just be careful when dealing with them.
