They promised a loaner while they investigated . No loaner / communication w/ them yet . Buy at your own risk . We don't have a vehicle yet that we bought from them . Very u professional . I hate seeing my wife crying b/c of what's going on w/ this dealership where we bought the '25 Wrangler . I'm glad most customers haven't gone thru this . As consumers , we don't have much rights or options . We are at Beet Ogden's decisions and not much else . What a nightmare . Wish we could cancel the purchase .

When I finally got them the truck was a mess and I swear had a fork under the driver's seat. Is that a standard option? Made an offer all the same, in cash. Tells me he's going to talk to his manager about numbers. Texts back asking how my credit is and what I want to put down. What? All of it. I'm paying cash. Didn't matter in the end -- he never got back to me. This is not a serious business.

Took the vehicle in the monday right after Christmas only to find out that they sold the part that was for my wife's vehicle. Now they are telling me its on backorder again and will be at least another month. This is not something I would expect from a well known dealership. Very unhappy to say the least, but nothing I can do about it.

They keep telling me the issues are “normal wear and tear.” Every time I have to take it in for service issues it takes me having to yell at people before they’ll give me a straight answer. They always say they’ll call back and no one follows up. There is also a minimum of two weeks that I’m without my vehicle because apparently they never have parts in stock and it always takes so long to fix. Buying a Jeep was the WORST decision ever!!!
