This service department is awful. The first time they had my truck they kept it for 3 weeks and barely communicated with me. I had to argue for anyone to tell me the truth about what was going on. Then the second time i came in with a check engine light i had a diagnostic run elsewhere. They kept it 3 days and told me it was lack of service and using non OEM parts. Then they charged me 800$ gave it back to me and 2 weeks later guess what my check engine light is back on with the same code. When i pulled the code up it shows they forced a regen on my truck meaning to me they didn't actually fix anything. Now i have made 3 different calls with no response.

I was very disappointed in the communication with me from the customer service department while my 2025 Ram 1500 was being serviced. My vehicle was there for an entire week and nobody from service department thought enough to touch base with me throughout the whole week even though I was assured by D. Vargas he would call me with status of my vehicle. On top of that I was told my truck would be washed. (Sign is posted in wall), but it wasn’t. It was evident that my truck was left out in the elements for an entire week… Tuesday to Tuesday. and the only reason I finally got some answers was because I had to ask for the Manager of dealership… not service manager because she to did not take my calls. I sure hope I do not have any more concerns with electrical components. My thoughts are… I should have stayed with Charlie Clark Nissan for my new vehicle.

My experience with David in the service department was spectacular! I was visiting from 6 hours away when I had an issue with my truck. I came in on a Friday afternoon with the expectation that I might not be able to head back home on Sunday like I had originally planned. David got the truck up on the rack almost immediately and they were able to diagnose the problem. They did not have the required part, but located it in town and went to pick it up. I showed up at 1:30pm on a Friday and left that same evening with a working truck and was able to make it back home Sunday evening like I had planned. I've never had a vehicle repair go so smoothly!

Electronic emergency brake on my wife’s 3-month old car would not disengage for a while. This being a safety issue, they got us in the same day. Despite warning codes having disappeared, they diagnosed the issue, reprogrammed, repaired a faulty plug and had us back on the road the next afternoon. Friendly, communicative, competent, prompt service. GREAT dealership!

What a great experience today. This dealership is family friendly, accommodating, and prompt. First I received outstanding assistance in the service department from Carlos and the service technicians. They diagnosed an issue I was having with my wrangler and fixed it without delay. While waiting for my service to be completed I spent the day with Nate. Nate was so kind, professional, personable, patient, and knowledgeable! He was patient while I had my two young children present. He was thorough in showing me all vehicles that may accommodate my wish list and he never gave up when it got challenging! The tireless and friendly performance from these two employees today was outstanding. And let’s not forget the sweet women in the front who kept my kiddos full of popcorn all day. Such a nerve racking experience was handled smoothly by the whole team today making it pleasant for my whole family. Highly recommend these guys and this business.
