EDIT ----
I, unfortunately, have to rescind the full star rating. POSITIVE: Ashley, each time is always extremely kind and gracious. If this were based on customer service, alone, 5 stars. Tintworld Grapevine did redo one of my windows. I appreciated that, very much.
NEGATIVE: I have found/keep finding more debris trapped in the tint elsewhere in those other windows. You cannot expect perfection, sure, but this isn't right. I think if I went back, they'd redo the sections I pointed out. But, more importantly, at this point I don't want to go back anymore. I'd rather just lose my money and pay another shop to do the job over. I am a huge believer in things being done right the first time, and for 500 dollars, that is what we should get.
Feel really bummed out I had to update the review this way.
----EDIT
Good people working here. Made an appointment online, Ashley greeted me and got me sorted. Took a little over an hour. I was a little nervous about some bubbles in my tint that I thought might be dust after a few days passed. So, I stopped by, and Ashley (there again) showed me that it was just still part of the drying process. She didn't make me feel stupid and was mega kind and not annoyed. I think these guys really do take customer satisfaction seriously, so they deserve our business. Also, I don't know much about tint, but apparently the XPEL product they use is some top tier stuff. Nice!

I had tint world install my amplifier in 2021. It's a Rockford Fosgate prime r500. The birth sheet has it rated at 630w. I specifically asked for a wiring kit for 1500 Watts because I planned to upgrade my amp. Recently my amp has been cutting out to which I found the ground wire has been slowly burning the connection at the amp. Upon looking at the wiring it's not a kit that was rated for 1500w like I'd ask for. They put an 8 gauge wiring kit when my particular amp requires 4 gauge. On my receipt in the picture it doesn't show the amp kit but it shows two separate lines for labor for for $100 and $300. Which I'm told from the lady at the front desk that the $100 labor is for connecting my sub (that was already in the trunk of the car) to the amplifier. Why would I pay $100 for you to just connect the sub to the amp when you're already installing the amp. How is it an hour labor to connect a speaker to an amp???? I'm pretty sure that hour of Labor was put in the system wrong when it was supposed to be the actual wiring kit that I bought from them.
Plus the way they connected the RCA converter to my sub in the rear dash tore the wire so that sub doesn't work either.
Just make sure you double check their work when it's done because it may not be an immediate problem before it becomes a problem.

I'm a little disappointed with the whole thing first a hour and half job took longer than expected and when I thought the job was finished as I was on my way i notice the back windows film was coming off i went back so they had to do it again i also found dirt in the carpet and they also damaged a new seat cover so overall not a pleasant experience oh and there is also a remaining air bobble to keep an eye on that I probably will have to go back to get it fixed.
