For a shop recommended by Tesla, I expected more care and attention to detail when handling these vehicles. Look elsewhere.

I was very happy with it until the next day I notice the rear window is peeling from the top. I called and they said bring it back and they would take care of it. The only unfortunate thing is I'm 45 minutes away with a busy schedule. I also notice water streaks on my back seat where they use water to apply the tint. I'm confident they will get everything right though. I'm also waiting on a quote from them to install a new radio, which also shows my confidence in their work. Hopefully if all goes well in the following week I can post again with the final outcome. Therefore, since the job is not 100% complete I can only give 4 stars today, hopefully next week, this will go to 5 stars. I'm hoping I can take my car back for both the new radio and tint repair in the same day...that would be a tremendous help for me.

After a quick phone call with Ashley, the appt was set, I knew how much it would cost and how long it would take. I showed up a few minutes early and actually changed my mind on the tint, and it was no problem. In less than an hour, they had the crappy dealer tint off, new tint on and had me out the door! The warranty was explained, and they told me how to register for it. If you have a vehicle that needs tint, ceramic coating, ppf film...need a radio, alarm system or remote start installed...even new audio, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE TO CALL. Don't waste time any where else!
