Ok so I am a new customer to Sewell. Today I went to exchange my loaner. My lyric is currently in the shop.
When I first got there it seemed like there was a miscommunication and I thought I would not be getting sn electric vehicle as requested.
Well let me tell you about the AMAZING customer service Jocelyn provided. I do hope I spelled her name correctly.
She is a magician. She had me at ease and in my rental in no time at all. She was so kind, compassionate, honest and thorough.
She reset my expectations and explained what she could do for me ......car is still in the shop but so far I love SEWELL.

Pre-Owned Sales Review – Frustrating and Disappointing Experience
We recently sold a pre-owned Escalade to this dealership and encountered multiple frustrating issues on the sales side. Manager Cory was not particularly pleasant or easy to work with throughout the process.
We believed the deal was fully arranged in advance, but when we arrived to sign paperwork, the team had no record or awareness of our agreement. After confusion and back-and-forth, they resolved it—only to then refuse to honor the price we’d confirmed just two days earlier. We completed the transaction anyway, but if we’d anticipated these problems, we would have sold the vehicle elsewhere.
Compounding the issues, we specifically asked them to hold the sale check at the dealership so we could pick it up on Wednesday. When we arrived on Wednesday, it took them 20 minutes to determine that they had mailed it to our home address instead—despite our clear instructions. Once again, they failed to follow through on what they had agreed to do.
When we got home, we found the UPS package had been left floating around in the middle of our front yard, exposed to the wind. We were extremely lucky it wasn’t lost or damaged. We can’t believe how poorly this entire experience was handled from start to finish.
We’ve purchased several vehicles from this dealership over the years and have always had positive experiences with the service department (Tasha is exceptional and a real highlight). That said, this sales process has left us reluctant to sell another vehicle to them outright in the future, though we would still consider buying from them.

I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with this dealership. I was told multiple times that I could secure my own financing, so I went through Navy Federal Credit Union and got a check written directly to the dealership for the vehicle.
When I returned with the check ready to purchase the car, they suddenly refused to accept it. Instead of providing clear answers, Elmer gave me nothing but a runaround and acted as if I didn’t understand what was going on. The numbers kept changing, and basic information about the deal was being hidden rather than explained.
To make matters worse, the GSM, Britton Barbee, came out with a very poor attitude and treated me extremely disrespectfully. At that point I felt completely discriminated against and unwelcome as a customer.
I went to this dealership three separate times, wasted hours of my time, and came fully prepared to buy the vehicle with financing already approved and a check from Navy Federal made out to the dealership. Despite that, they refused to complete the sale and handled the situation in a very unprofessional way.
If you’re planning on bringing your own financing, be careful. Based on my experience, what they tell you upfront may not be what actually happens when you show up ready to buy.
Very disappointing experience.

Complete horrible serviced we were racially profiled. They denied our business when we had a check in hand and I’ve purchased over a dozed cars in the past year, and have been in the industry for over 3 years, never have I ever dealt with service as bad as this, do not recommend, Britton the gsm Elmer the sales man and Hannah the manager all spoke to me like I was clueless and were just coming up with any excuse to refuse business
