Had an electrical issue with the car that I’m pretty sure I caused myself. Took it in and they had originally said it would be a few days to get a chance to look at it due to the end of the holiday season I completely understood. Instead the following day they contacted me said they’d worked out with the problem was had the parts coming in the next day and here we are one more day later car sitting in the driveway all taken care of at 100%
They do great work they take good care of their customers and they’re good people

German Car Care is becoming my go to shop for service on my 2008 BMW Z4 Roadster. They give me good scheduling options, provide door-to-door shuttle service and deliver a completed service when promised. And I really like their new updated website and communication options.
Go by and say “Hi” to David…👍

Went there to get several things taken care of. An oil change, air filter change, figuring out the check engine light, fixing a coolant leak, and changing out break fluids. The check engine fix was around $1500 and the check engine light came back on during the drive home from the shop. It’s frustrating to bring the car in to resolve a check engine light issue and to have the check engine light immediately come back on after driving away from the shop. Also they left a tool attached to my car that I had to remove myself by taking off a tire to get to it. Everything else is hopefully fixed, but definitely a bad first impression.
