  Shopped several dealers throughout the metroplex and decided on Sewell BMW Grapevine. I had a specific list of requirements and they checked them all and then some. Payton and Joe were great to work with and the process was not stressful and there was no bavk and forth. I now understand the Sewell commercials.

  STAY AWAY FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT BMW OF GRAPEVINE. I’m not the only one with bad experience on the service department. I wish I had seen the reviews before going there. I brought my car running for a recall and had to tow it out because they burned the module and they want me to buy the parts almost $5k just offer free programming. I always go to BMW of Arlington. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BMW OF ARLINGTON

  I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with BMW service. Every time I bring my car in, everything is handled perfectly and the process is always smooth and professional. The team really takes care of you and makes sure you’re never inconvenienced — they always provide a loaner, which gives me total peace of mind while my car is being serviced. Huge shoutout to Trevor Burton for always being that guy and making sure everything is taken care of. If all BMW locations are run like this, I’ll definitely be a BMW owner for life.

  Working with this dealership overall, and the Sewell brand in general, has been great. In the last three weeks, my friend and I purchased two CPO cars from Sewell: one from Plano and one from Grapevine. I’ll focus on my Grapevine experience. To be honest, my first visit wasn’t great. I received a low offer for my trade-in from Mike, and there wasn’t any negotiation done. However, during my second visit and over the phone, Tim and Nayeli were great. They offered the price I wanted, and the post-purchase service has been excellent as well. During the purchase, they mentioned there were a few dents in the car that they would take care of. Later, the car also had a check engine light, and the service team handled it under warranty. They also addressed an issue with the interior ambient lighting that was failing. The replacement work was high quality with OEM parts, BUT the coding portion hasn’t been completed properly, so I’ll be going back to get that finalized, but I don't want to have leave my car in the service again for a few days. Overall, I want to thank both the sales team and the service team for a great experience.

  I was an out of state buyer and worked with salesman Aidan to buy my new car. He was very nice, professional, and upfront. He sent me additional photos and videos of the car to help me with my decision to move forward. I was able to fly down from OK and drive off the lot in a little over an hour on the same day. Thank you Sewell and Aidan!
