So far so good. BMW Grapevine was been recommended to me by another Import specialist that was unable to diagnose the mystery problem on my wife's Z4 e89. The import specialist said, flat out, that the Sewell BMW or Grapevine was the BMW dealership for repairs in the DFW metroplex.
Justin Samuels worked with me and did an awesome job being the liaison between the technician and me. The video they sent of what needed to be repaired was excellent and showed the pinpoint tiny failure.
NO, I'm not a paid advertiser and NO they didn't give me a discount for this review. I paid plenty, but the price is worth it to make sure the car works like it should and ensure my wife doesn't speak harshly AT me when her daily driver Z4 misbehaves.
And now my wife is back to driving her Z4 in the "spirited manner" it was designed for.

horrible experience at Swell BMW - always trying to upsell service without truly fixing the problem- two sets of tires all with alignment issue and always claim it’s wear and tear and always pushing just new tires and new service cost! Sells men have a habit of pushing everything off as wear and tear and you needing to pay for some service or another !
Added on to my review after the call with the Service Manager - the Service Manager called me and discussed with me how if I wanted decent wear-tear on tires i should go buy a Toyota - and the fact that I have a x7 is why I have such horrible wear and tear on only one tire after only 15000 miles, and not due to a bad alignment of my then new tires.
I will take his advice and trade in my BMW for a toyota.
