  We were on the hunt for a very specific CPO F90, and this perfectly spec’d M5 Competition popped up at BMW of Grapevine. Even though we are out of state, the car was exactly what we wanted. I sent an inquiry during the Christmas holidays and was surprised to get an immediate response late that evening from Tim Bae. ​ Tim was incredibly receptive and accommodating. I asked for high-quality photos and videos, which he delivered the next day, and he was quick to investigate every small detail I asked about. After a few calls and texts, we had a deal. ​The remote buying process was seamless. Flew into DFW, the car was prepped and ready to go. Given the demand and the original MSRP, this car was a steal. The Avus Blue over Full Tartufo Merino is an absolute chef’s kiss. If you’re looking for a painless experience—even from hundreds of miles away—ask for Tim! Also, the paperwork and all for you to take to your DMV was FedEx signature required exactly a week later - which is phenomenally quick and timely. Well packaged with instructions what to do with it.

  Great experience overall with my BMW X5 purchase. The entire process took about 2 hours and was very smooth. Molly and Josh were professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout. Everything was handled efficiently with clear communication. Highly recommend this dealership!

  As with most companies, the best indictor of quality and service are its people. I have always experienced excellent service at Sewell BMW of Grapevine. In particular, Micky Brown, as my preferred service technician is exceptional. Her attention to detail, thoroughness in explaining the service as well as my options and being spot on on timing of service completion (hard to do) is the best. While everyone there is very customer service oriented, having someone who knows the history of my car truly earns my trust and confidence. Thank you Micky. You represent Sewell at its finest.

  I highly recommend Sewell BMW of Grapevine, especially working with Josh Marleau. Josh was extremely helpful from start to finish. Honest, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to answer every question and made the entire process smooth and easy. He even arranged to have the exact car I wanted brought over from the Plano location to Grapevine the very next day, completely ready to go. Fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be back.

  Service Team Specific I came in not too long ago for just a routine oil change regarding my 2023 Xone. Aa part of the conversation during drop off, the service tech (Logan?) started asking me about a tire rotation before one of his peers walked to us and claimed the tires were too worn down to rotate; new ones were needed. That purchase did not happen obviously as I passed to do my own due diligence. Glad I did as well! Since then and with those same tires, I just passed the annual Texas vehicle state inspection in which tires are inspected. The inspectors had no negative comments whatsoever about the tires or anything else. So with concern and sincerity I ask: why did your peer say what he said about the tires being too worn down to rotate? 🤔 Updated 1/5/25… Thanks for reaching out to explain Sewells mindset on this topic and your persistence in wanting to reach me (the holidays are a busy time for some!)
