KiShawn was the rep that greeted me and assisted me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable, transparent, patient and reassuring throughout the entire process. He was very kind from start to finish. I will be back most definitely. Customer service was good for me especially me being a woman lol

The person I spoke with told me they would be able to fix it with a charge of $25 (lug nut seized on stud). Great! However, once I got there, wannabe pretty ricky had the worst attitude, told me he didn’t know who I talked to but they couldn’t help me and if they did it would be $250. He was condescending and his attitude was so unnecessary and unprofessional. There’s a way to speak with someone when you’re in a service-based profession. And if you don’t like your job, do everyone a favor as well as yourself and get in a different field. The situation wasn’t big enough to even get to that level, but his attitude was awful. Luckily, I have a mechanic who is way more polite and professional to take care of my car. He’s an hour away, so I took the long drive there and he took care of it with no charge.

They were Courteous and promptly pulled my vehicle in. The staff turned my would be disastrous night into a positive one. I’m thankful for all the staff as they stayed after hours to get me back on the road. Very much appreciative to the associate working the front counter And the collective group of technicians who work to get me back on the road.
