Keshawn was incredible from start to finish. He promised he’d get my tire replaced quickly and made sure to keep good on it. He went above and beyond by personally going to pick up the tire himself just to make sure I wasn’t stuck waiting all day. Exceptional customer service, clear communication, real dedication. Keshawn made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m genuinely grateful and will definitely be returning to this location because of him!

Let me say that Keshawn is the new Val. Same great costumer service and quality work and great energy. Had a slow tire leak. They took my vehicle in, found a carpenter nail and patched it up no charge. Most places would charge you an arm and a leg just to take a look at it. They did it for nothing. Kishawn I appreciate you. Thank you for doing that. I will be back and I’ll be referring many others to you and your team directly. Great work guys. Best NTB out there.
