Her directions were confusing and walked away from my inquiry before I was clear on her instruction. In the end although I brought my own oil and oil filter I was charged almost $70 for the service. When I told the woman at the register that previous visits I was only charged $30, she noted that it was the tax that drove up the price. I noticed on the receipt the tax was only $4 I asked how the service could cost so much. She just ignored my question. Moving forward I would not return to Jiffy Lube again. Sadly, I’ve visited this shop multiple times over the past 10 years. And this was the worst service I’ve experience over that time.

At one point was on the phone with her husband and told another person she was helping that to hang on because she couldn't listen to both at the same time. Peoples vehicles were outside done but she didn't notify anyone since she couldn't get off of her phone. Surely y'all can find better.
- SSSusan SilvermanNov 1, 20251.0Waited over 35 minutes asked me to move out of line because the car in the next lane was there first..so I did then every car went before me even the ones that came after I arrived...prices were extremely high...I pulled out after 35 minutes went down the street to Mobil one got a full synthetic oil change in and out in 15 minutes..don't waste your money and time at that Jiffy Lube!
