    Customer service is everything to me. Oscar and his staff give exceptional and personable service and I choose this location over the other one close to the same distance.

    I was blatantly lied to when they signed me up for their 3 month “special” in May of this year. I specifically asked if this would sign me up for any type of membership and the male attendant said “No, absolutely not”. Then I was just surprised with a $40 credit card charge and they will not refund it. Very poor business practice just to make a buck. Also their car wash sucks. I always left with streaks of unwashed areas. I will never use them again or their affiliate Rapid Xpress. I also plan on telling everyone I know and social media not to use them.

    $20 wash, had to use the towels and spray to basically rewash it myself. Lady at the booth was nice, but no manager on site to speak with, and was only offered another trip through the wash.
