  Tonight was one of the hardest nights I’ve had in 27 years, and being 16 hours away from anyone I know made it even heavier. I pulled into Club Car Wash pretty late, not knowing what time they closed, and I was hesitant because the last thing I wanted was to be “that person” keeping anyone from going home. When I pulled up, the guy at the front asked which wash I wanted. I asked for the cheapest and immediately followed it with, “What time do y’all close?” He told me they only had a few minutes left, and I instantly felt awful and said I could just back out. But this kind, kind guy and the two others working with him still let me go through (not to mention the outstanding service they provided from the booth on and everything in between) with a smile on their face and made me feel like I wasn’t a burden AT all. That meant more to me than they could ever know. And honestly, they deserve a raise for their kindness, attentiveness, and hard work. While I was waiting, there was a little jam with the car in front of me, and instead of just standing around, the guy spraying my hood and grille kept cleaning my car before the wash even started. He quite literally sprayed off EVERYTHING I knew I’d have to hand scrub on my own afterward. Any other car wash I’ve been to would never! And obviously not because of the wash itself, but because most employees wouldn’t take that extra step. These people went above and beyond when they absolutely didn’t have to, and it made a night that was already incredibly hard feel just a little lighter. Even though I’m sure I inconvenienced them, I’m so thankful they didn’t make me feel that way.

  Attendant led my truck off the tracks causing damage to my trucks door and front suspension today. This was after I requested to cancel my membership … which they no longer due on site. Retaliatory behavior from staff and they’re ‘self-insured’ and wouldn’t provide any insurance on site after the damage to my vehicle. Be extremely wary of this company, customer service is non existent.

  $22 a month pays for as many car washes you please to have. Neat set up! Vacuuming and mat cleaning are free.

  I’m an MVP member and was disappointed with recent washes at the Georgetown location. The car came out with hard water spots, which makes me think the RO filter or water treatment system isn’t working properly. The dryers didn’t get the car fully dry, and there’s still dirt left on the back (see picture). For a premium wash, I expect better. The system needs urgent maintenance and calibration.. Members are paying for a top-tier wash and should get a clean, spot-free car every time.

  I purchased the buy one get one $25 gift card during their Mother's Day promotion. I went to this location to redeem and was unable to. The manager Victoria was rude, condescending and unhelpful. We called corporate several times, who were able to validate the gift card active and balance present, but Victoria could not redeem it. She even accused me of trying to pull a fast one on her. Eventually the corporate women I spoke to told me to leave and go elsewhere as Victoria was incompetent. Side note, never let them install fast pass stickers on your car. When they originally opened, I signed up for their monthly program and they installed stickers on my paint and windshield. I have been unable to get them off without ruining my red paint and windshield. The manager told me it was not her problem and to call and complain corporate. Terrible customer service.
