Donald Yi was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process easy and pressure-free. I was upgrading from my 2018 F-PACE, and Donald did a great job explaining the improvements and helping me feel confident in my decision. The 2026 is a significant upgrade, and I absolutely love it. The customer service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Clear Lake.

We were led to believe that if there was a problem, it would be addressed. That was not the case. When we brought the vehicle back, we were repeatedly told there was no issue and they simply added air and sent us on our way—despite the ongoing problem. The manager Paul committed to following up with us on Monday, but Monday came and went with no contact or resolution. Very poor communication and lack of accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Land Rover of Clear Lake.
