She was incredibly helpful, immediately understood the issue that another branch had caused, and took ownership of fixing it. She went above and beyond, resolved everything extremely quickly, and had me back on the road in no time — all with a genuinely friendly attitude and a smile. It’s rare to meet someone who delivers this level of professionalism and customer care. Madisson is an asset to Sixt and absolutely deserves a promotion. Slight issue is I was not informed I would be charged additional for changing the vehicle, which is annoying for me and I've contacted Sixt support to understand why this has happened. Sixt Fort Worth restored my trust in the brand thanks to her. Highly recommended.

Darlene was so personable and friendly. She lit up the room as well as her coworker. They are conveniently located on the bottom floor of the parking garage on Taylor St. They upgraded our rental for cheap so my family and I got to drive around in style, which was a fun thing for my family to experience on our trip. Will rent from them again next time.

They were nice enough but I was told at pickup that if I brought the vehicle back with even a hair on the interior I’d be charged a $500 cleaning fee. I was traveling with an infant and a toddler so I felt extremely uncomfortable even using the vehicle. We ran the car through a car wash and vacuumed (which is absurd) before returning the vehicle. If you can’t afford to vacuum and wash rental cars then it sounds like you might not be able to afford running this type of business or you have really shady business practices. Just plan to add fuel and car wash/vacuum cost onto the overall price of renting if you choose this company. We rented a different vehicle with Budget and it was a much more relaxed experience (and cheaper).
