I did not purchase my Lexus from them; as a certified location for service I went to them with questions and a software update. From the front desk, Melanie, to the service department smiling face, Ann, and my customer care representative, Aaron, I have been been blown away by the service I have received. Aaron is extremely thorough, gave me more information than expected (in a good way, I had no idea my first 2 maintenances were complimentary under 10,000 miles!) He gave me immediate updates and I was able to get same day service on a camera software recall. During that time I had a beautiful lexus loaner to run errands. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Impeccable customer service and attention to detail, and what I value incredibly, transparency with recommended service with no pressure to have specifically with them. Thank you, I will forever be a loyal customer! (Oh and during my wait I went grocery shopping and when it was time to get my car back they transferred my groceries from the loaner after having it washed and gas tank topped off!) over the top!
