I was a regular at an Infiniti service center in El Paso, Hilton head, and now Ft. Worth. I’m thankful to say that each service center has maintained the same level of quality which keeps me sticking with Infiniti. All cars require service and it should always be enjoyable and it is! The service reps are great, and the technicians are great because I haven’t had problems after pick up.

Will they offer to fix stuff that is 100% not broken? Possibly.. Will they overcharge you for everything? Absolutely. I wish it was actually about service like it used to be. Now it seems they want to maximize the dollars spent by customers per drop off instead of just doing their job and banking on returning customers being loyal.
