I ordered tires about a year ago and they did not arrive when they were supposed to, but they apologized and made every effort to make it right. I just got a tire rotation and alignment and their system kept going down. I didn't even mind too much because they are so nice. We need more people like this. Just nice people who don't have to fake customer service because they are just nice....
