- LLLJBNov 3, 20251.0WE HATE THIS PLACE!! YES, I SAID HATE!! EVERY and I mean EVERY time we have come to this dealership they are not about customer service. Just this morning we had an appt for a 70,000 mi check. Also, we are traveling to Galveston and want to be sure it's road worthy. When my husband made the appt. the lady on the phone said "sure, we can do that". A week later, on time for our appt. the guy starts saying it will be 3-4 days to run a diagnostic on a check engine light and do the complete check. That's just 1 of the many times we have driven to this location, turned around and left. We will drive to Denton , if we have to. But first we're going to look for another car. Anything but a KIA!!!!

So without the intent oif buying a new car, we drove to one of our favorite areas in Fort Worth, Clearfork, for a nice lunch. It was an enjoyable day, and buying a new Telluride was the last thing on our minds, and we are over an hour away from home. Low and behold, there's Moritz Kia on the feeder road while driving home. We decided to "just" go in adn compare what we hear now to what we were told the prevoius night by a more local dealer. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a nice gentleman named Andy (real name- Inderjeet). He extremely attentive, great listener and went to bat on our behalf to reach a mutually fair outcome. With only 37 miles on the beautiful 2025 white Telluride, we drove off with it! Thanks Inderjeet!
