He was extremely unprofessional and rude. I tried returning a part for the first time after many purchases, and instead of working with me as a loyal customer, he charged a 30% restocking fee with zero flexibility or respect. When I mentioned that they might lose a customer who buys from them often, his response was, “We don’t care.” That attitude says everything about how they treat their customers. Absolutely the worst Kia parts department I’ve dealt with. Poor service, rude staff, and no appreciation for loyal customers. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

- BVBrenda VillasenorNov 7, 20251.0After only 2 months of purchasing a Jeep from this dealership and location the lightning bolt light turned on while driving. It went away right after. I informed the salesman and they stated that I could take it to them but b/c it’s a Kia dealership the scan might not show anything wrong. It would be best to take to a Jeep dealership. The lightning bolt turned on again after 3-4 months but this time it stayed for good. Now the diagnostics shows the issue. The Jeep dealership called the Moritz promise and stayed on the phone for 1hr 30 min and they said it was not covered. The throttle body needs replacing along with 6wire repairs due to harness being different. Very bad experience!! Don’t trust the dealership, salesman and mechanics here at this location. I’ve had a better experience in small car shops. They never sold me a car that needed fixing. I’ve had them for years and no issues. I am going back to small shops from here on out.

He knew so much about the vehicles he showed me and helped answer all my questions about safety, efficiency, and differences between the two options I was looking at.
