My car was getting long in the tooth and I knew id eventually have to throw in the towel and get something newer. I am in ministry and drive almost exclusively on the highway and needed something low miles that I could afford. The Holy Spirit told me if I just waited and had patience that he would provide me a car that was just for me that no one else could get. Now, I live in Oklahoma, so we had been visiting a few of the local dealerships. The prices here are astronomical and they are unwilling to move on anything. After getting nowhere, and listening to my car sound worse by the day and having a mini breakdown, I confessed I was not in control and I chose to place this dilemma at the feet of Jesus. Within hours my husband found a santa fe and sent it to me to look at. It was everything id been looking for. I called and spoke with Brenden when they opened Jan 2nd and asked if they would hold this one for me so I could come look at it the next day, and they did, even though someone else walked in and tried to buy it right after I had called! Brenden even gave me a final OTD price beforehand so I could get a cashiers check from the CU on the way. When we arrived he had the car pulled up and ready to take for a drive. This was the easiest, stress free vehicle transaction at a dealer I had ever experienced, from price transparency, to feeling appreciated and respected by everyone here. Even after the sale I called them yesterday with some questions about title paperwork they picked up the phone and got back to me in a timely manner. I love that my sales guy was honest from the start and I love this car! I could not have imagined this for myself it is a blessing and I will be back. Side note: Gods timing in not ours but He is always on time if we have patience and wait on Him. Blessings.

I didn’t even need to look at another one — I fell in love with it immediately. The entire process was quick, stress-free, and by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. They got us a great deal, everything was explained clearly, and there was no pressure at all. It truly felt effortless. I would consider myself a professional car purchaser, as I worked with a company called CarEdge as a dedicated car buying concierge/assistant. I helped clients all across the US purchase vehicles and make sure that they are getting a fair deal and not being taken advantage of. This is now my second purchase with the Moritz group. And all I have to say is this dealership provides car buying the way it should be done. As someone who has personally worked hundreds car deals, Moritz once again provided a seamless experience. From contacting The Internet sales manager, Jeremy and getting all the info I needed right away. No games being played no fluff. To then interacting with the used car sales manager, Dejan. To then interacting with the finance manager, Jeremy. They handled the entire car purchase with white glove service. All I can say is, I wish all dealerships functioned the Mortiz as an auto group functions. The same experience I had at their West Freeway location is the same experience I had at Alliance. As someone who’s done plenty of car deals, I can easily say that I would stand behind Moritz Kia as the gold standard to what a car dealership should operate like. Thank you to the Moritz group once again for assisting and helping me find a great car that will serve my family for years.
