I'm giving two stars because the oil change was quick easy and the gentleman that did the work deserves so recognition (although i did not get his name) The reason for the two stars is Andrew. Andrew met me in the parking lot and immediately started to talk to me like I was stupid and then proceeded to talk down to me the entire time i was there. If he is going to be your customer service representative he should work on his manners as well as be trained on how to use the computer i watched 3 other employees come and take over the computer because Andrew was lost. All in all Andrew seems to need some more training and I'll be going somewhere else for oil changes.

The service manager observed that I had just come from the car wash, and was sure to inform my technician to ensure they didn’t leave any dirty handprints on the hood. I’m not the type of person that would care if they did, but their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They knocked out an oil change, air filter replacement and coolant top off in no time. I will use this location in the future! Thanks again.
