I came by three times for a state inspection, and I was given various excuses for why they couldn’t (the person was at lunch, they’re not doing any more today, come back in an hour they’ll be here, etc.). I took off work early to get this done and I was frustrated. I spoke to JP the manager and he immediately understood my frustration. He set me up with a state inspection free of charge and I had no further issues. I have to commend his customer service skills. This place is quick and easy but I understand things happen.
