I'm too old and crippled to crawl underneath and see what's going on so I've got to wait for help. And I happen to be in an area with no cell signal for communication. Thanks a lot cuz I know it's not my truck cuz I've never had problems with it. It has to be something to do with your service techs

Second was them looking for my key to the vehicle, not knowing it was a remote start with the key fob in the console. For the building itself it had no operational bathroom and the building is less than a year old and the windows looked like they had been licked. They might need to clean the place before they work on customers vehicles.
