Tim at the service desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my lawn equipment issue. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it fixed fast. Great service—highly recommend asking for Tim!

I have been dealing with E&E over 10 years and they have never disappointed me. Everyone that works there is very helpfull and treats you like family. You know when their employees have been there for years that they are treated with respect. Jason in parts is always helpfull no matter what you ask him. I just purchased my 2nd LS tractor from them and is was a pain free purchase. I farm several hundred acres and LS have never let me down. No matter if you need a tractor or attachments they will give you the best deal around! The next time you need to buy a new tractor or anything else farm related in equipment go see Mark or Jayce and you will get the red carpet treatment

I took my zero turn mower in recently for a spring that they could not find in their parts manual and found it was under warranty! Great! I brought the mower in and said just to look it over and "check" the blades asking to make sure the spring was found and check why the mower was pulling to the right after I adjusted them myself. Very simple issues to deal with.
A week or so later i received a call saying I had a bill of $245.00 and climbing! 😳 I said this mower was in on warranty repair and was told " I will look into that". We had discussed this at the counter prior to bringing mower in. Got a call back a later saying it was indeed under warranty. Yes I know! End of call.
A few days later I get a call saying the mower is finished and that my bill was $187 and some change.
I was confused because this was a warranty repair. Come to find out they replaced the blades, did a tune up( oil change, plug, filter, etc) on a mower with 100 hours on it and without confirming via phone call to do said repairs.
To their credit they did find a worn part and replaced it which was under warranty.
Well, I came to pick up mower and upon arriving my bill magically went up $275! 😠 I was dumbfounded trying to figure out why that simple missing spring turned into almost $300 bill!
Well the blades were
$35 a piece and they replaced all 3
$95 for shop labor
$65 for tune up
For a grand total of 265 plus taxes!
I asked service writer what all the charges were for on stuff I never approved! All he would do for me was take $10.00 off a blade leaving me with a $245.00 Bill still to pay!
I would remind you that the ticket said "check" blades, not replace and no other work was approved at time of drop off and No phone call to approve any non warranty work, they just did it.
After I paid for this, the tech brought my mower around and after service writer left he apologized for the blades and the work and said the service writer has been known to not call and just have the work done.
My suggestion: CALL THE CUSTOMER FOR EVERYTHING!
unfortunately for them I will not be using them in the future due to the outrageous charges and not getting my consent to do any work other than warranty repair.
Mind you again, this was a brand new mower with a hundred hours on it, so it didn't need filter, plug, or oil change and I am capable of doing all this work myself!
