I just sent customer service a message. It’s been an ongoing situation. This is criminal/ Fraud I spoke to customer service a live agent and they canceled my account a few months later they’re restarted my account without my consent. I am warning everybody out there if you go to our any car wash do not go to take five they have the most irresponsible customer service. I am warning you for your own benefit. Go to another car wash do not sign up for anything with this one as you will struggle with customer service as for me, I recorded the whole conversation with the life agent on my iPhone I will use that against them for my own protection against fraud...
