- AWAmandine Waggoner6 days ago3.0I appreciate the location. The vacuums work well. The clean towels provided is a nice touch. Unsure what is in the spray they have a available. But I will say, the car wash itself does leave larger bird poop behind, and barely cleans the back of my car (larger 3 row SUV). So I still have to clean that part myself at home, for that reason I may try a different car wash company when my subscription is over.
- TSTrish SmithNov 16, 20251.0Yesterday, I drove my BRAND NEW 2025 Mercedes Benz (that I literally just got a few days ago) through this Carwash and it damaged all of my brushed chrome trim! There are spots that WILL NOT come off and when I approached the Manager, Joe, he tried to make me drive it back through the Carwash that literally just messed up my car (umm NO!)! Then he told me to call corporate when I said I want to cancel my membership and I wanted to know what they were going to do to help me get it remedied. Called Corporate and they said the manger was supposed to take photos and create a case- he didn’t and I was already gone so I told them to email me so I can send the photos…. Then at the end of the call they tried to tell me I need to call back and create a case with a different department. This is so unprofessional and upsetting! My ask is that they pay a mercedes dealership to fix it- I don’t want to try bunch of things and end up making the issue worse…. DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! I’m literally sick to my stomach- my BRAND NEW CAR IS LESS THAN A WEEK OLD!

My truck was as clean as when I wash it by hand, including the wheels and wheel wells.. I highly recommend this car wash and I'll be back
