  .We had the pleasure of going to camping world and had an amazing experience. Ernesto was extremely helpful even though we showed up several times in one week and had him all over the lot looking at RVs over and over again he ended up finding us An amazing little camper that fit exactly what we needed. We never felt hassled or nagged. No one followed us around like they do at a car lot. It was a very good experience. They even worked with us on the price point to get it exactly where we needed it to be We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and we look forward to the future going and upgrading to a bigger RV one day but as of right now, the one we have is perfect thank you camping rolled and thank you Ernesto for the great customer service and treating us like human beings and Charlie the young man that showed us around the RV before we drove off the lot was extremely friendly, extremely knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure. What a great experience.

  When I first bought my RV, everyone told me horror stories about Camping World. This Camping World in Fort Worth proves them wrong. The service department was the best service I’ve ever had. I don’t get this good of service on my truck! 3 employees walked out to my camper with me and looked and all my issues and concerns. They called me when something came up and to update me on the service. When I arrived to pick it up, the same 3 employees walked down my camper with me and explained what they did. I will be getting ALL of my service done at this location unless I’m on the road. Can’t say enough about these guys. 12/10 service

  Selling process was pretty painless, but beware of you get a price from thier national buyer they wont honor that price. Almost 2k what we were promised, but we eventually got to just under 1k what we were promised.

  Very helpful service team! Chris and the service guys helped me multiple times throughout the day finding the correct parts for a difficult wiring RV project. I had to come back multiple times and they were there ready to answer any questions. They even pulled up extra information on their computer to show extra parts I needed that they didn't carry. They spent at least an hour of their day helping me and I really appreciate it. Great group at this Camping World!

  I brought my bumper pull in to use as a trade in for and fifth wheel. I was asked multiple times if I had insurance, the answer is yes, before the sales person had their technicians look at my trailer. I walked in while they were doing their inspection and found trim that they ripped out of place, it was in his hand, they scratched 2 doors, pulled the door down breaking the hardware, pulled out a snap for the curtain, told me the roof was damaged, when I demanded anyone to show me the damage, I was told don't worry about it my insurance company will pay for the repairs. I was never shown any damage. My response was "you want me to have my insurance pay for damage you intentionally caused? NO! That is insurance fraud. All employees left immediately and the deal ended. These guys are crooks!!! The technician i found with the trim in his hand said, he was required to find or MAKE 10 things that need repair so they can warranty all trailers. I am a 22 years retired and disabled veteran and I supported this company for flying the American flag and the problems they encountered in Northern California, I now, know that they used the flag as publicity stunt and they hide under its protection to take advantage of other Americans. Sickening
