I sat here for an hour and the same cars that were in the bays when I showed up were still sitting there. Multiple people left. Whoever was working on the car on the lift in the inspection.Bay had the music up way too loud. The people were nice just need some training. Lots of confusion, poor communication, cell phone use, chaotic wasted movements and socializing when they were busy. One of the guys reeked of weed to the point to where I had to roll all my windows down in my car and drive for about half an hour to get the smell out of my car. Tried to tell me my wipers were worn and tried to sell me some new ones. My wipers are less than a week old. They dripped oil all over the top of my engine i asked them to clean it up. They said they would, and they never did. Never discuss price with me and for a basic oil change. They just came up and started asking for my payment without ever giving me a price.When I asked for a price, they told me a hundred and forty five dollars for their basic service. I asked about military discount.The guy gave me an attitude and refused to give me a price until I refused to give him my payment card. He still charged me a different price than what they told me. Normally I would give a place a second chance, but there's no way i'm coming back here. A good manager and some better training would help this place tremendously.

I pulled up, went in, and asked how long the wait would be (since there were 3-5 other people in the waiting area). The young lady said I could be seen immediately! I sat down, had two very interesting conversations with two other women who were getting services pertaining to oil changes and brakes, and within 10-15 minutes, I was done. Pros Employees were attentive. I forgot to mention that I was standing in line behind someone at the register before I could inquire about the wait time. The young lady who assisted me, was outside in the garage area, noticed I was in line, and came inside to help. I wish I had gotten her name...she would definitely get a shout out! Service was fast, and the waiting area was clean.
