Attempted to get a car wash here on 11/16 and waited over 15 minutes while the attendant tried to sell a plan to the car in front of me. When I asked what was taking so long, the attendant asked if I was a member — if I were, I’d have been in the members' lane. I ended up leaving, and you’ve lost a customer with four cars that won’t be returning. There are plenty of other car washes on 407.

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Cruz went out of his way to brighten my day! The vacuums are high powered and get the job done quickly! The clean rags ready for customers are a huge plus as well.

I took my car in for a wash back in September. The molding that covers my back-up camera came off upon my exit from the wash. An employee went back in the wash to retrieve it. It could not be salvage. It had to be replaced. They took a report and told me the manager would contact me in a couple of days.
The manager contacted me and I explained what had happen. He said he would contact corporate and return my call. I received a return call stating that they could not replace the molding due to the year of the car (2011 Infiniti) wear and tear. Also they refused to refund the monies I spent on the car wash. The molding on car was not loose as it was bolted down.
I contacted Raceway corporate via mail, no response as of this date.
