I had to speak to a sales associate just to get a car wash. The whole process of waiting for the person in front of me and then rejecting the monthly membership multiple times made this last twice as long as it should have. This place really went downhill after change in ownership.

I visited Raceway this week to wash my car, and something in the tunnel got caught on the front of my vehicle. It broke the grille that protects the radiator and damaged the bumper. I asked for camera review and got no response. I went to speak with the manager at the Justin / Highland Village location, and he was extremely rude. He immediately said it couldn’t have happened there and didn’t even let me see the footage or how my car entered the wash. I’m certain the damage happened at this location—my only trip was from home to the car wash and back. Very poor service.
