I toke it to them on 8/28/2025 to have the oil change/tire rotation. I had a 10am appt. I was dropping it off early due to work it was 7:30 so service department was open and when I first walked in the service manager did not even acknowledge me for 10 minutes and he was standing 5 feet from me and then when he finally did I had to wait another 10minute for him to help me. I had a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation and he would not honor it saying I had already used it in March, when I didn’t get the coupon until May. He also spoke to me as the typical stereotypical car maintenance guy taking to a women, he was very rude and condescending. I didn’t even get my car maintenance there I just toke it and left and will never be taking my Tahoe back there
