- ADAddisen DensmoreAug 29, 20251.0I am very disappointed in Rush Chevy service department, we bought our 2024 Tahoe from them about 2 years ago. I toke it to them on 8/28/2025 to have the oil change/tire rotation. I had a 10am appt. I was dropping it off early due to work it was 7:30 so service department was open and when I first walked in the service manager did not even acknowledge me for 10 minutes and he was standing 5 feet from me and then when he finally did I had to wait another 10minute for him to help me. I had a coupon for a free oil change and tire rotation and he would not honor it saying I had already used it in March, when I didn’t get the coupon until May. He also spoke to me as the typical stereotypical car maintenance guy taking to a women, he was very rude and condescending. I didn’t even get my car maintenance there I just toke it and left and will never be taking my Tahoe back there

First of all the moment I walked in, Joseph was ready to help and started off explaining the process, and ensured me several times me I was gonna drive away with a brand new car no matter my financial issues, or barriers we came across during the application process, I just gave basic information and Joseph handed the rest. The overall experience was excellent because Joseph was so helpful, trustworthy, and explained everything with patience, and provided information about the features my new car had to offer. I drove away confident and blessed to have such a great salesman like Joseph to help me get approved for a 2025.
