  I haven’t had my car a year and been having issues twice with the transmission. I took it in the first time they said couldn’t find nothing. Took it in this past week on the 12th of November. The codes came up again Transmission and Computer system bad. Took car into dealership spoke with Travis he was nice and friendly. By the 14th I picked back up my car saying the just change the sensor out Tha was bad in the transmission. If a car has been to your shop twice about the transmission red flags should come up and say hey let’s look over this car throughly she has not had it a year yet and already transmission problem. I guess the computer system do not get looked at. When I picked it up I said that was fast did y’all look at the actual transmission. His response the mechanic is a master mechanic he can take your car apart in one day and put it back together the same day. That still not answering my concerns. The only reason the go a 3 star is because the friendly attitudes not the service I got

  Highly recommend the service team at Rush Chevrolet. David Vacek and his team are honest, professional and reliable. Long story short, I had a nail in my tire (brand new corvette) so I brought it in to them to get fixed. In doing, so they scuffed my rim only slightly (stuff happens, I get it). Immediately they told me about it and offered to replace it. They ordered the replacement rim and found out as they were putting it on that it had a defect in it. Again, they told me about it and had already ordered a second replacement by the time they told me. Small accidents happen, but what you want is a team of people who you can trust to be honest and put their customers first. This is exactly what you get at the Rush Chevrolet service department.

  If i could give this dealer ship -1 star, i would. I purchased a brand new 2026 Trax from this dealer ship. Samson was my sale-man, i only had the car for not even a month, 1400 miles and now it is broken down deal to something wrong with the transmission. So now my car at the shop, they said the diagnosis would take up to 1 week or 2. And of course repair will take longer than 1 month. I basically wont have my car back in 2 months. And it is A BRAND NEW TRAX. I dont think i will have brand new car no more since they would put their hand in there and replace stuff. So BE CAREFUL, if you decided to purchase a car from them cause it will break down on you maybe right after you leave the dealer ship and they not going to help you with anything. All they said is “we dont have a loaner” or “you have to wait”. So they expect you not going anywhere, not taking your kids to school, not go to work at all and just stay home and wait for their slow job done. But if i am slow on my payment, they will come and get the car away.
