  I would like to formally express my concern regarding what I experienced as extremely unprofessional leadership at this car wash facility. During my recent visit, my vehicle was damaged by the stop-and-go entrance gate. When I brought the situation to the attention of Mr. Leroy A., his response was that there was nothing that could be done other than filing a claim, and he suggested that the issue was due to customer fault for not moving forward quickly enough. I found this response both dismissive and unhelpful, particularly considering the circumstances. I then requested to speak with a manager, to which he replied that he was the BOSS expressing that he was the person in charge. Unfortunately, the manner in which the situation was handled demonstrated a significant lack of leadership, professionalism, and customer service. As a result of this experience, I made the decision to immediately cancel the four vehicles I had enrolled in the membership program. The reaction I received was indifference, which further reinforced my concerns about the management and customer care at this location. While the car wash itself can sometimes provide decent results, there are additional concerns that should be addressed. On several occasions there has been a very strong odor at the facility, and the vacuum equipment is consistently among the least effective I have encountered. I am part of a large professional community and take service experiences seriously. Unfortunately, negative experiences tend to travel just as far—if not farther—than positive recommendations. I sincerely hope management will review this situation and consider improvements in leadership, customer service, and overall facility standards.

  Car wash cloth got entangled in the rear window wiper blade and completely removed wiper blade. Also caused damage to the arm of rear wiper. I had to buy a new replacement wiper blade, seems arm still works, need to get it checked. Not going back, at least for my car.
