The site leader, Leroy A. Avila (Sara S. Bly), has demonstrated blatant dishonesty and unprofessionalism throughout this entire situation. I took my vehicle through the drive-thru car wash, and immediately afterward my back fender was pulled out. I filed a complaint with Samantha, who indicated that Leroy Avila would be handling the matter. Amazingly Leroy stated he did not know Samantha and was oblivious to who she was, yet he is the Site Leader 🤔
Instead of addressing the issue responsibly, he emailed me claiming the damage was “pre-existing” and that my vehicle supposedly entered the wash with the fender already pulled out. That is an absolutely absurd claim—no one would knowingly drive into a car wash with a fender hanging out. He also stated he had photos that would “prove” this, yet he failed to provide a single picture. What makes this even more unacceptable is that the staff initially acknowledged that the issue was caused by a mechanical system failure on their part.
After that, he stopped responding altogether. No returned calls, no replies to emails, and no follow-through on what he said he would send. His behavior has been evasive, unprofessional, and deceptive. This experience reflects extremely poorly on the location’s leadership and accountability. They then write the same copied statement as shown on their reply without explaining their lies and address any other issues mentioned. This just backups Leroy A. Avila’s (Sara S. Bly) statement that he does not care about the reviews.

After two years of coming here and paying 70 dollars monthly for 2 cars I’m finally going to agree with everyone else and say that Tommy’s carwash has zero customer service and is a horrible business with no care for the customers that keep them open. I urge people to cancel their subscription or stop coming here.

This car wash was first of all expensive and very quick. It also scratched my new car on both sides of the doors of passenger and drivers side. A bunch of small scratches to the back. It didn’t even clean my car, it still came out all dirty with water spots. Of course no one ever wants to take responsibility! I wouldn’t recommend this car wash!

Lo que yo e expresado es el Tommy's Expre... Es el que está en la calle Zaragoza y North loop que los encargados les dices una falla y luego Lugo te salen con una mentira ni siquiera están capacitados menos en mecánica de todo lo que pasa ahí si la gente no se queja es porque casi la mayor parte son gente de la tercera edad y lo único que te pueden ofrecer es una botella con agua así te distraen y no te fijas lo que no se limpio en tu carro y carros del año 2007 para abajo lo que le pase no son responsables por qué así tienen esa regla de 15 AÑOS LOS CARROS VIEJOS AL ENTRAR AHI NO TIENEN COMO NINGUN SEGURO AL ENTRAR SI SE TE ROMPE UN ESPEJO NO PAGAN Y CUANDO TE PASA EL PROBLEMA NO TE DICEN NADA SOLO TE DICEN QUE VAN A REVISAR LAS CAMARAS Y LUEGO TE AVISAN SEGUN SUS TECNICOS RESPONSABLES QUE TIENEN Y LAS MAQUINAS QUE TIENEN PARA LAVAR LOS TAPETES SIEMPRE ESTAN CON PROBLEMAS
