He took a picture of all the deficiencies that I had on my truck and he told me that I also needed to get a swerve bar link and showed me all the debris and dirt that had accumulated on it. Johana Anna the Customer Service web she was very informative. She also even allow me to take out my service list that I have from a previous auto shop that has shown that they didn’t do some of the things that were listed on my list. Jesus was very polite he explained everything to me as he went along, and every time they finish something, they assured me that it was completed and done. Joanna even check my brakes. Erin, the general manager was very very very polite and they were very thorough and very informative on the services and what needed to Before any charges were made, I will recommend this Jiffy Lube. The Jiffy Lube team here is outstanding. The prices were very reasonable. I have an older vehicle, which is about 25 years old, but they showed me everything that needed to be done for future. Erin also did a price check for future services that I need to get done. This is the best Jiffy Lube so far that I have been to. Great job Jiffy Lube #4714 in El Paso, TX.
- JPJerome PortilloNov 9, 20255.0I apologize about the Managers name it’s Adrian or Andres … anyway I had a flat tire and could not be fixed, but they helped me and went overboard to make sure they put my donut on as a spare so I could get to my next designation. Not too many people would do what they did. I would recommend this place to anybody and make sure you take care of the manager and his employees. They were wonderful and deserve a raise and recognition. Five out of five.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
