When I called, they said a totally different name purchased a battery over-the-counter, and that was added to the Carfax when car my car wasn’t even there. PURE LAZINESS. Extremely disappointed that now I have to go out of my way. Wait for Carfax to fix this issue before I sell my car when I haven’t even stepped foot at this dealership.
