  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Couldn’t Be Happier With My Bronco and the Team at Fiesta Nissan I’m extremely happy with my recent purchase of a 2022 Ford Bronco from Fiesta Nissan. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and the customer service was outstanding. Bianca and Felicia were amazing to work with — friendly, professional, and truly helpful through every step of the process. They answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and never pressured me. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The Bronco itself has been incredible. I absolutely love it. It drives great, looks great, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice.   My dad bought a Pathfinder from there. Deceptive marketing techniques. What was on the website for 34k or so ended up at 39.5k. They tacked on $3,800 in extras, then reduced some of them to end up at the 39.5k. To top it off they told him he would get a call about the tint being installed, and when he did the tech told him since they had dropped the price so much it wasn't included after all. If it wasn't included why did he call? And this was just the front two windows, maybe $60 in actual value? Petty.

  My wife went for a scheduled oil change at 4:30. She waited there for 2 hours before they told her they were closing and she had to leave. My wife assumed her car was serviced so she asked for the car. The service people there felt dumbfounded and didn't know where the car was. They finally found the car but they told her that they didn't change the oil and there was nothing they could do about it. This is horrible service by Nissan and when I get the time I will be calling corporate. It's not the first time it's happened. Zero stars.

  Purchased a vehicle for my mother within less then 2 hours I was basically in and out , Went straight with what I wanted , no hassles no pressure into buying something I did not want and the sales consultant Johnathon Garza was the best , he heard what we wanted and was quick with the sale , I recommend him to anyone trying to purchase a vehicle to look for him. Had the vehicle cleaned and washed ready for pick up 👍 best and fastest experience. And no pressuring whatsoever on purchasing something no one wants. Thanks for the help Johnathon 👏🏼

  Car sale over customer mentality. Beware the manager & financing manager. Saw a pathfinder platinum we liked, had the money and extremely good credit. We questioned original sales guy because the payment was 1k$ a month, he then brings manager and immediately we started feeling uncomfortable, we discuss the payments further, the numbers weren't adding up and their rebate had a ton of small print ,that were ridiculous, and recommended very aggressively to not take, so whats even the point in the rebate, and to top it off they weren't even bothering to check our credit score. Then comes this very aggressive financial manager, who keeps telling us his " business guys do this" or " my business guys buy this " like we are suppose to understand who they are and we are suppose to care who these imaginary people are. Time starting to run out and I needed to pick up my son from school, but the financial manager didnt seem to care, kept saying he was fast and trying to keep us there. he wouldn't even let us take our info on the matter we were discussing . Seemed very very strong armed and shady. We eventually left really annoyed over the whole thing, ended up buying at harlingen. Where it went way more smoothly .
