I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
Ever since I purchased my vehicle nearly two years ago, I have consistently voiced concerns about one of my tires. Every time I brought my car in for service, I was told nothing was wrong and my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. Despite bringing this up multiple times over the years, no one took the issue seriously.
Fast forward to now, the tire has deteriorated to the point where I have to constantly stop to check and refill the air just to drive safely. This isn’t just inconvenient it’s a safety concern. What’s most upsetting is that during my most recent visit, the service team refused to even check for a leak or investigate the issue, instead telling me I “just need to replace the tires.” No inspection, no accountability, and no acknowledgment that this has been an ongoing concern I’ve raised repeatedly.
I expect to be listened to especially when it comes to safety. Being dismissed over and over again is incredibly frustrating. I’m fortunate that I’m vocal and persistent, but it’s concerning to think about how customers who may not feel comfortable advocating for themselves are treated.
I expected better care, communication, and responsibility from this dealership. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Absolutely dislike the amount of time waiting for an oil change. Why take appointments when the time is not honored? Waiting 3 hours is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time this has happened. The first time I just thought it was because of the time of day I went in and on a Saturday, so gave them some grace… this time I had a 8:30 apt time (surely they were not going to be backed up when the 7:00-8:00 timeslots were taken)…. Well, I was wrong!!!! Horrible business management!!!! If I could give a negative rating, I would.

Puros problemas desde el inicio. Me entregaron mi Kicks 2025 con abolladuras de granizo. La repararon, pero si mi esposo no lo hubiera revisado, no nos hubieran dicho nada.
Apenas tengo 7 meses que la compré y se le escucha que algo truena al arrancar y al frenar, y cuando la llevé al servicio de los 6 meses, me la entregaron sucia, no la lavaron. Le comenté a la mujer de servicio que se llama Linda, del ruido que se escuchaba, se subió y le dimos la vuelta y su diagnóstico fue que es un ruido "normal", lo cual no es cierto. Además, tiene una actitud déspota. Tuve que hablar con el manager y él mismo escucho el ruido y dijo que no era normal, que la revisarían. El fin de semana la llevaré de nuevo para que la arreglen, a ver con que excusa salen ahora.
Pésimo servicio, me arrepiento de comprar un Nissan y de comprar en ese dealer.
