I’m extremely disappointed with the way this dealership handled my situation. I purchased a car in Texas Sep 19 and registered it in Pharr, TX using my Texas property address. Even though I live in Florida, the vehicle was meant to stay and be used in Texas. I was told my plates and sticker would be ready in about a month, but when I went back, I was shocked to find out my Texas plates had been voided without any notice, and Florida plates were issued instead — completely against what I requested and paid for.
What made things worse was the way I was treated when I tried to resolve the issue. The dealership refused to take any responsibility for the mistake, offered no apology, and some of the staff were rude and dismissive. I was left to go back and forth between the dealership and the DMV for hours trying to fix something that was clearly caused by their error.
To make matters even more serious, I learned that I had been driving with voided plates without even knowing it, which could have caused legal problems for me. I find it unacceptable that such an important issue was handled with so little care or professionalism.
I hope this review helps others be cautious and that the dealership takes this as a wake-up call to train their staff properly and treat customers with respect and honesty.

I can't believe that the manager told me in the face and truth at that, that the cars they have are marked up because supposedly they are in high demand and as the current moment while I was inside at the desk negotiating the price..he told me that the guy across frome was taking the 2025 Traverse $10k more and I was like I'm not that guy and I wanted the sticker price because the demanded mark up was not displayed on the car which is illegal and voids the mark up the manager was pushing but he insisted and I walked out. A tip to everyone...go out of town to get ur cars because the RGV has every car higher than it's estimated value do your Home work on KBB Kelly Blue Book before u get scammed and pay a higher monthly payment .

I just bought a truck and has an issue with screen and took it to services so they can check it out they havent checked it its been 5-6 days i call and call and no answer they just tranfer me never pick up the call i had to go all they way to the dealership in other for them to give me an answer at this point i need my truck so ima fixed it myself even thoug i just bought like 2 weeks ago😡

Pick any other dealership than Chevy. They treat their clients like nobodies. First of all, saturdays are very busy. They told me they sold all chevy traxs. I was about to leave and all of a sudden there was one left. The price was not on the car for some reason, so i was asking for the price. The salesman REFUSED to tell me the price until i test drove it. Why would i test drive a car without knowing the price? All car ride, i was asking questions about the car, and he was on his phone giving me bland answers like “yea” “mhm” “right.” After, they basically held me hostage in their office. Forcing me to buy a car. The price was out of my budget. They kept pressuring me. I kept saying it’s too high. Once they know you aren’t buying a car, the insults come. They called me ugly and told me i was “basically stealing” for wanting an affordable price for a car i was paying in CASH. Next they told me I’ve came here three times as if it was a problem. They pressure you into buying a car, all they care about is the money even if it makes you feel less.

Took my 2026 Equinox for warranty work on stability control light on, reduced engine power & check engine light. Got skipped by a service advisor seeing that I was the next person in line, then when I was tended to they weren’t going to get to my vehicle until a week a later with a waiting list for a loaner which I advised the service advisor that prior to upgrading to this 2026 I had already had a bad experience the previous year with them working on the 2024 I had. He stated that they were better now & to look forward to better service. I advised him the lady here next to you on the right just skipped me & the other lady to your left was the previous advisor I had with the 3 occasions I had to bring the 2024 for work & she was bad at communicating with the status on the vehicle. Never got a loaner while the vehicle was with them for a month so he proceeded to tell me “Well you can take it to any other Chevy dealer” so I had old him give me my keys back so I can go to Clark Chevrolet instead. Took it to Clark Chevrolet & they fixed the issues within 3 days versus waiting for a week to maybe having Fiesta check it out for o diagnosis the issue. Best switch for service work to be done on all my vehicles going forward, Will not be going back to Fiesta and advise everyone reading this review that Clark was way better in communicating and keeping me up to date. Once I got my 2026 back from service I got my oil change & tire rotation within an hour with them versus Fiestas times exceeding an hour.
