My salesperson Martin and finance manager Eric Castaneda gave me misleading information about GAP, tire, and bumper-to-bumper coverage. I was told it would only add about $7 to my payment and total around $3,000, and that some coverage was “included.” I later found out GAP is only about $1,000 and the other coverages were NOT free and were added to my contract without proper explanation. This was deceptive and unethical. Buyers—read everything carefully and don’t rely on verbal promises. They literally told me bumper to bumper and tires replacement was free and I fell for it. I will be going to corporate to file a complaint.
