- SFScott FSep 18, 20251.0Very impressive that everyone gives them one star! My complaint is that they had inadequate signage. I only park at gated parking garages now - or walk a long way, or valet park. I avoid Metropolis no matter how much trouble it takes.
- AAAnn AnnNov 5, 20241.0Try to force you to use their app only form of payment for a hospital. Should be totally unacceptable. Hospital. So I Paid cash and had to pay more. And still Would not give me a receipt because I don't have the app. Should be illegal. The first agreement if you down load their app is you will in no form be allowed to sue. I think there is a reason for that.

The door to the stairs was locked, We had to take the ramp down, As I walked down, my hand brushed against broken fencing that jutted out, I was cut on the top of my hand, I entered a Bridesmaid Luncheon with a bleeding hand, very poor maintenance of this facility It is expensive considering the condition it is in, Terri Bowles
