- RSR SNov 16, 20251.0Great place to park; however, they do not have an easily recognizable way to pay your parking or notice of parking fees to be incurred. And if you don’t have an account already made with this company they will send you a letter in the mail with a 45 dollar notice fee attached. And the people who you call to speak to about the error are less than helpful. Park at your own risk. Look very high and low for their “QR code”

We requested from the company this is our first time in the area as we are living in Rockwall & we will pay if we see the sign but no sign in the area where we parked to say that we have to pay . Very disappointed in the parking management .A Rip off and a theft at the same time .
