The garage is always filthy, backed up, and broken. The machine is supposed to read my license plate and automatically let me in/out since I pay monthly. On two occasions the arm would not raise, so I had to ask for help. When he approached the car not only did he have a horrible attitude, but he didn't even want to listen to me saying I pay monthly. After finally letting me in, he had my car towed. Another monthly user reported him kicking her car after a heated argument. This is unacceptable.

Several weeks later I was notified that I had a parking charge even though I was in Colorado at the time. I called them to report the fraud and they replied that my car was there so I was responsible for the charge. It is impossible that my car was there. It was also in Colorado.
