They picked up the car to evaluate and promised a car wash upon return (no car wash)! Also I informed them of a meeting I was in and would be available for them to bring it back at a certain time. They brought it back early, interrupting my meeting. An amount was given to us for total repairs and insurance agreed on this amount. I cancelled my other inspections because this company made everything sound great! Without ANY communication from Dallas dent my insurance called to inform me they have totaled the car! Because after all said above things: Dallas dent INCREASED the amount that was originally stated. Dallas dent were adamant about getting a 5 star google review (it was mentioned several times!) yet lacked honesty, follow through, and communication! And now I am left with a car that I’m having to either accept a salvage title for or surrender to insurance. Bad from the start to the end!!! Be careful! (Going to edit after the response!! That the complaint ids not the early return of the car-even though yes! Huge inconvenience when already agreed an another time! The LACK of communication is the issue! And the coy attitude is another reason just to be thankful things worked out as they did! Communication should always come first if wanting to keep customers!)

Once are Highlander was at the shop David the customer service rep called and texted me on every detail from when the insurance adjuster re-inspected the damage to the process of the repairs. Once we inspected and took delivery I pointed out that the door trim wasn’t chrome and David had the car picked up at my wife’s work a few days later and had it replaced in two hours, I can’t even tell the repaired painted panels from the original so thanks David and Dallas Family Dent team
