I have brought my 2015 Tacoma there for tinting and my 2022 Lexus there for tinting as well as the installation of a Apline Dash Cam System. My main man Mike was the best. Ordered my parts scheduled my appointments and communicated with me before, during, and after my tinting and dash cam installation. They work quickly and cleanly and when I had an issue with my dash cam it was resolved in 1 quick 5 minute visit. Tint World of Cypress is a great place and I'll definitely be back there for more installs on my car and truck. Thanks again Mike.

I emailed the store expecting a hassle, but they immediately admitted fault and offered to pay for Tesla to fix it so my warranty stayed intact. A week later, I found a gash on the back seat. Even though we weren’t sure how it happened, Mike Ward (Manager) and Ali (Owner) handled it with professionalism and kindness. They investigated right away and even offered to cover both issues — no excuses, no delays. After some thought, I chose to take responsibility for the seat, but their honesty and integrity truly stood out. This is real customer service — rare, refreshing, and worth recognizing. I’ll definitely be back for more work.
