I was not there 5 minutes and they had my cabin filter and my air filter in their hands trying to upsell me. I said no due to the price. Within the next five minutes, I was told my car failed the test due to a bad gas cap. They charged me for the failed test, told me to fix it and come back for no charge. My issue was that this car is only 4.5 years old. There was no way the gas cap was bad already, so I immediately took it to the dealership. My dealership said that they have no idea what Jiffy Lube was doing, but there was no issue with my gas cap and my car passed inspection with no issues. What makes me mad is that if I would not have gone to the dealership to get it checked out, I would have changed out a factory part that was not even broken for a cheap aftermarket part. That is unacceptable to me. I came here because it was conveniently located on my way home from work, but I will not return.

Jaden and his team were thorough, respectful, positive and went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had. The work was done quickly and efficiently with everyone who was there that day helping out with the service. I even left my phone there by mistake and the team waited a few minutes after closing so that I could come retrieve it. I’ll be coming back for an oil change and coolant exchange soon!
