  After this past Saturday I will not be taking any of my vehicles back here. When I got there Saturday morning only one other vehicle was being serviced on at the time. I walked in and asked if they had 0w-20 because that's what my Volvo needs. After waiting a few minutes the lady finally said yes. I told her I would like my oil changed then. It took about an hour to get it done. I was not thrilled with it taking so long when not much else seemed to be going on and I really needed this to be done in a hurry. A lot of people were given a minimum 45 minute wait times if not told they couldn't do it because of the time it was taking to do it. When it was finally done, I paid and waited outside for my car to be brought around. The mechanic didn't even say anything to me, just got out and walked off like I wasn't even standing there. When I got in I looked at the sticker and it said 5w-30. Since I was already on a time crunch I had no time to go in and argue that this was not the oil I had asked for. When I looked on my receipt it had showed that the used the same oil on the previous oil change. It was also synthetic blend, which I would've liked full synthetic because of the car's age. The inspection check said everything was checked but the streaks on my windshield was an obvious indicator that my wipers are bad. When I got home I decided to go ahead and check the fluids myself and my power steering was below minimum too. My transmission is one of those fluid-less trans so that can't even be checked. I am not happy with how poor customer service was from the counter person to the mechanic. Then, the complimentary check wasn't even done. I could care less if it was even offered but don't tell me that it's included with services then not do it. This may be the only way some people get their cars really checked on if they aren't able to do it themselves. I believe one of my previous visits (can't remember which car I took) but it definitely felt like if I wasn't well known then my car wasn't going to be really taken care of anyway. I was there for servicing and some old lady was greeted by the mechanic and was given the whole nine yards about her car's condition but I didn't see anyone have the same treatment including myself. I'm already not a fan of the prices being as high as they are but I'm not going to pay for these prices to experience terrible customer service and lack of care on my vehicle. I had to get tires elsewhere earlier this year because of how expensive the cheapest tires were and to deal with the extra fees of putting them on.

  Just had a tire checked and Cuero Lube and Tire left my vehicle, the driver seat very filthy with dirt. Vehicle should be returned in same condition as it was left. I don’t recommend them at this time. BAD service!

  I just want to say this place is exceptional with their service on your vehicles and staff. My car is standard and they did amazing with my oil change, vacuumed the front for me, and gave a freshie. Then I called ahead for a price on getting air in my tires since my portable compressor broke. They got it done quick with no charge. I tipped the guys because they are always so friendly and sweet there. Thank you guys for doing such a great job and always going above and beyond for the community.

  The guys were great and assisted us with such professionalism and courtesy! They quickly fixed our tire, and we were on the road within 15 minutes. Thanks!!! Highly recommend 👌

  Great customer service and friendly! Young ladies at the counter are always professional and staying up on what ever your vehicle needs and letting you know a head of time!
