So he mixed color coolant in my vehicle which is not recommended in fact said by ford not to do. When I called this person who said he did it told me well it’s universal and if u are looking for and apology u are not gunna get it. It is clear that this jiffy lube has no training on this matter and I will have to flush my truck and redue at my time and expense. Please be sure that u know what ur vehicle takes bc according to this guy. It’s all universal.
