    Pulled up to the booth and there was no one there, after a few minutes a young woman walked up to help me. I asked for the wash and then she kept bugging me about getting a membership, after I said no, multiple times. She then made a weird comment about me not washing the car "in 3 years!", I told her I haven't been to this location in that long, and didn't see the need for a membership. She didn't offer to fold in my mirrors like the other washes do. The whole interraction gave me the ick and now I really won't be coming back.

    I had one of the worst experiences at this location with an employee named Tabatha (if that is her real name). I paid for my car wash, and while going through, the cover for my driver-side mirror was ripped off by the equipment. When I pulled into the vacuum area to speak with someone, a young girl simply handed me the mirror cover, said “Here you go,” and walked away like it was no big deal. I tried to reattach the piece myself while employees stood by and watched without offering help. It somewhat went back on, but it was not secure due to the paint being scratched and several clips being broken. As I continued drying my car, I noticed there were still bugs all over it. I politely asked for a refund since I was unhappy with the service, but Tabatha refused and told me I would have to take it up with “University.” Her tone was extremely rude, and she offered no assistance or solutions to resolve the issue. I called later that day to file a complaint about her behavior. When I returned to the location to file a claim because water had leaked into my driver-side door and it would not open, I was told there was no manager on site. A nice employee called Tabatha for instructions, but she refused to speak to me directly and denied the claim. She also refused to provide her name for my complaint, putting her coworker in a very uncomfortable position. Tabatha’s attitude and behavior were completely unprofessional. Due to her actions, I will not be returning to Club Car Wash. As a business owner, I would never want an employee like that representing my company or treating customers the way she does.

    Great place to come wash your car! The express lane makes it quick to get in and out. The friendly staff help out rinse off your car before u go through and guide you.

    If you cancel your subscription, make sure you keep your termination receipt! They kept charging us two months after we went to the carwash to cancelled it. When we call the customer service number to ask for a reimbursement, they kept asking for the termination receipt. I lost it but they wouldn’t budge on giving me a reimbursement. Even though customer support could see that I hadn’t been to the carwash in two months. Poor experience. And it’s a bummer because I like their carwash. I won’t be a customer anymore.
