When I took it in the guy didn’t listen very good and he said that I didnt tell him stuff i did in person and on the phone . The mechanic didn’t want to fix stuff or said he didn’t know how. It was a 2000 model vehicle but come on man. I was telling him stuff that they didn’t know and I didn’t go to school for it . The person that help us lied to us a couple of times. It was a bad experience. I’m looking for new truck but will be taking my business some where else.

Dealer damaged cylinder head and had to order a new one. I understand that things like this happen but I have not received a single call from the dealer. I have had to call them every single time to get info. They received the needed part and car sat a week with no work being done. I will never return. If you can do without your vehicle for a month, it’s your call

They had the audacity to offer $27000 for the same bill and told me that the offer that the other dealers offer retail prices. All I asked for is honesty and transparency not a debate about what other dealers are offering.
