  Ive been taking my little work horse chevy trax into Martin for years now and I must say I think the only reason its ran that long its because of them. Every time I'm in the shop for a quick oil change or something more major they are always there to help and clear with a solution they really make the process simple and easy. Thank you for all the years of service. My Trax thanks you even more!

  I have reached out to management on multiple occasions and have yet to receive a return phone call. I will summarize from the start. I bought a new SLT Sierra GMC with a diesel engine. First oil change at Martin service what a nightmare. From dealership I drove to my son's house. As I was leaving noticed a puddle of oil on his driveway. The fix, removed the oil filter and remove one of the two gasket. Now I was low on oil. Next day back at dealership to get the oil level right. Second oil change at Martin dealership seemed to be uneventful until the third oil change. The oil plug head was stripped (rounded) needed new oil plug an of course at my expense. Fast forward back at dealership with emissions issues, check engine light on. Truck has 23,590 miles on odometer, a full tank of fuel and was clean when drop ed off. 13 days later dealer called said ready for pickup. Went to pick up and the check engine light still on. Took a picture of dash. Mileage was 23,592. Fuel gage full. Dealer needed to keep the truck. The next day dealer call said ready for pickup. On arrival before moving the truck took picture of dash. Mileage was 23,725 and fuel gage less 3/4 tank. Someone at dealership drove my truck 135 miles and left it dirty. Probably drove through rain and possibly a dirt road. I will continue to try and get answers. At minimum the dealership could have returned my truck clean and full as they received it. I really believe there should be zero stars in review ratings for dealerships like Martin Chevrolet GMC service in Cleveland Texas.
