All of the employees have always shown complete respect with lack of condescension. This time, I've been having a recurring issue with my A/C for a few years, but it was sporadic. Every time I've tried to take it to other stores they couldn't help because they can't recreate the problem. This location listened to me and tried to see if they could find any other causes despite not being able to replicate the issue. Service like this will ensure that I, and my family, will continue to trust this location in the future.

Fernando at NTB store 4440 called to check the inventory of the surrounding NTB stores and an area tire wholesaler looking for replacement tire. Unfortunately, no tires were available. Next, he selected a replacement tire available from another manufacturer available in the correct size, tire type, and with a comparable tread life warranty and got me back up and running quickly. Fernando provided excellent customer service!

By the time I realized it he was long gone to work. I drove to NTB to see if they could help me. Fernando happily fixed the air in all four tires and wouldn’t let me pay. He said as long as I was safe that was all the payment he needed. I will definitely be back to NTB next time I need tires or a battery.
